Starting off simple! Empty Starting off simple!

Getting back to excercise, is the most difficult I think!

I used to spin 3 times a wk and work out with weights the other two!

And than I just stopped!

Pretty soon I was finding myself in a funk of excuses and always too tired!

And than I didnt want to work out, because I had gotten so out of shape, 15 minutes was like two hours to me!

I have gone from 30 min to 1 hr 15 min in one week! But everyday, I do not want to, and have found that if I just make myself walk to the Wee, tell myself just 15 min, and than after that, 15 more.... etc... until I have reached an hour.

And than, if not too tired, I try to make myself do one more 15 min!

I found if I try to commit to an hour or two, my head says no way!

If I commit to 15 minutes at a time...... I can go longer!

I agree! I tell myself that I only need to do 10 minutes and then I can stop. Once I'm on the treadmill, at the 10 minute mark, it just feels silly to stop there. But I know myself and if I decided I have to do 30 minutes, I'd make excuses to not do it at all.
